Monastery NS – Pearl Skehan

Pearl is a very vibrant 96 year old. She was interviewed at the Sacre Coeur nursing home in Tipperary. She grew up in Emmett Street, Tipperary. Pearl spent her life working locally and only recently “retired” from her job at Tipperary Community Services Centre from where she organised many trips and outings to Lourdes, Knock etc. She has a wonderful recollection of the many people and changes she encountered over the decades.
